About Us
Our Goals
For the 2022-23 year, our services have benefited 106 children. We have housed, fed, and provided elementary scholarships for 86 students on our campus, fed and housed ten students in Junior High School, and provided ten additional scholarships for elementary students in schools
in Monrovia. Our Ladies Lounge program has also worked with 20 women this year. We plan to add a new grade with 25 students to our school program every year. At capacity, we plan to cater for 350 students per year.
From 2014 to 2023, LRM has run the school at no cost to these students. It costs $480 per student. We raise support from Liberia and the U.S. to provide scholarships and cover the operational cost for the institution. Your partnership is needed.
In 2023-2024, FOLRM plans to encourage relatives of those we serve to participate in educating these students by providing minimal cash registration fees or in-kind services on campus as part of their partnership with the work that we are doing.
Partner With Us
Friends of Liberia Renewal Ministries (FOLRM) is a registered 501(c)3 organization that provides education, food, and a home for orphans, and under-resourced children in Liberia, West Africa. We also work to end gender and sexual-based violence and provide practical skills to victims of domestic and sexual abuse.
